We do understand every salon experience is different in our community so we would like to share with you before hand what to expect during your salon experiences as our guest. Please be sure to read all policies below to get a clear understanding of our salon.

Location

Payments/Refunds

We regret to inform you that we do not accept cash payments for any of our services.In addition, we require all clients to have a credit card stored on file in order to schedule an appointment. This helps us expedite the check-out process and allows us to reserve your appointment time in advance. Tips can be accepted in cash for your service providers.

All services are FINAL. There is no refunds for services. This means that once a service is completed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. We take great care to communicate clearly with our clients throughout the service process, so that everyone is on the same page about what to expect. If a client has concerns during the service, we are always happy to address them in a timely and professional manner. We ask clients be sure to note to service provider/manager before leaving salon or no more than 24 hours if dissatisfied with service.

Cancellations/Rescheduling Appointments

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid a charge. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment is subject to a $50 charge of the scheduled service. Cancellations or rescheduling made after 3pm the day prior to an appointment, same day cancellations/rescheduling and no shows are responsible for 100% charge. Deposits are non-refundable.

New Client Booking

In order to book for a reservation the cost is $25. This fee has to be paid upfront in order to confirm an appointment in our salon studio. Please be sure to fill out the assessment before arriving to appointment. This will allow service provider to create a plan for your service during consultation time. Extensions Installations and Services

A consultation is required for extension services. We offer loc extensions and texture extensions (weft, clip-ins, and tape-ins). To be sure all extensions is measured properly and effectively to match textures, density and lengths of every client we require a consultation before appointment. Same day services are not available for these services. An invoice will be sent immediately after consultation to pre-order hair.
